We offer a variety of approaches to help including family based treatment, cognitive behavioural therapy for eating disorders and motivational enhancement therapy depending on individual/family needs.

Beat is the UK’s leading charity supporting people affected by eating disorders and its website has a huge amount of information.

The Dove Self-Esteem Project

In the UK and Ireland, 9 out of every 10 girls with low body esteem put their health at risk by not seeing a doctor or by skipping meals. Since 2004, Dove has been building self-esteem in young people – and by 2030, will have helped ¼ billion through their educational programmes.
